“互联网+”时代省级WebCache建设策略

The Construction Strategy of the Provincial WebCache in the Inter+ Era

摘要 针对互联网出口带宽急剧增加、用户上网感知差等问题,在Web Cache系统协同的总体原则下,提出了流量调度策略建议,并根据不同业务场景提出了相应的部署方式,通过选择合适的建设方案有效规避网络链路拥塞、降低出口带宽,从而提升互联网业务质量;在建设时根据省内网络条件、用户分布、流量特征、建设运营成本等因素综合评估,选择适合的组网模式。 For the sharp increase in the Internet's export bandwidth,poor user perception accessing to the Internet and other issues,under the general principles of cooperative webcache system proposed flow scheduling strategy was proposed,and the corresponding deployment was presented according to the different business scenarios. The network congestion is effectively avoided by selecting the appropriate construction scheme,the export bandwidth is reduced,to enhance the quality of Internet business. According to the network conditions,the user distribution,flow characteristics,construction and operation cost and other factors are evaluated to select the appropriate network model in the construction of the province.
