重金属污染耕地治理技术:农户采用特征及影响因素分析

An Analysis on Treatment of Heavy-Metal Soil Contamination:Characteristics and Determinants of Farmers' Treatment Methods

本文基于湖南湘潭试点区的调查,对三种主要的重金属污染耕地治理技术采用情况开展分析。基于试点区和非试点区样本农户的描述性统计,本文首先分析了重金属污染耕地治理技术采用的差异化特征,在此基础上分析了影响农户采用重金属污染耕地治理技术的因素。研究表明:农户采用重金属污染耕地修复技术的主要推动力量来自政府,耕地修复技术的政府推广效果最显著;种植业收入比重和耕地质量对农户种植结构调整的采用具有显著影响;户主特征、家庭特征及试点区对农户低镉水稻种植的采用没有显著影响,低镉水稻的推广需要探索生产体系以外的新路径。

Based on an investigation of the pilot area of Xiangtan city, Hunan province, this article analyzes three main farmers' treatment methods of heavy-metal soil contamination in both pilot and non-pilot areas. The study describes the characteristics of the three main farmers' treatment methods, based upon which it further examines the factors affecting farmers' treatment options, by using econometric model. The results show that, first of all, the government appears to be the main driver for farmers to adopt land restoring treatment. Secondly, the percentage of agricultural income and the quality of soil have exerted a significant impact on farmers' structural adjustment of crop farming. Moreover, no correlation can be found between the development of low cadmium rice and farmers' characteristics. Therefore, there is a need to explore new path to promote the development of low cadmium rice.
