摘要
实现光纤Bragg光栅拉力传感器的静态测试和性能分析,设计了一种量程为10kN的拉力传感器标定装置对其进行校准实验。通过对光纤光栅解调仪的中心波长和拉力机产生的拉力值进行最小二乘法拟合,求出静态标定系数,并分析拉力传感器标定装置的不确定度。实验结果表明,光纤传感器的灵敏度为0.161nm/kN,线性度为1.796%FS,二阶拟合曲线的重复性误差为1.337%FS,标定装置的不确定度为0.029kN。
To realizing the static testing and performance analyzing of optical fiber Bragg grating tension sensor, ten- sion sensor calibration device within range of 10 kN is designed for the experiment. By fitting the center wavelength of fi- ber grating demodulator and rally value which is generated by rally machine with least squares algorithm, the static cali- bration coefficient is gotten, and the uncertainty of tension sensor calibration device is analyzed. The results show that the sensitivity of optical fiber tension sensor is 0. 161 nm/kN, the linearity is 1. 796%FS, the repeatability error of second or- der fitting curve is 1. 337%4FS, and the uncertainty of calibration device is 0. 029 kN.
