铝合金表面ZIF-8膜的制备及其耐腐蚀性能研究

摘要 ZIF-8是一种具有热稳定性和化学稳定性的金属有框架材料,同时其又具有一定的疏水性,基于这种特性本文采用溶剂热的方法,在铝合金表面制备了ZIF-8膜,使用X-射线衍射和扫描电镜对膜的结构和表观形貌进行了表征,通过测量膜表面的接触角证实其具有疏水性。在1 mol/L的NaCl溶液中进行了电化学测试,其中动电位极化测试结果表明ZIF-8膜能够降低铝合金在NaCl溶液中的腐蚀电流密度,提高其腐蚀电位,通过交流阻抗谱分析可知ZIF-8膜的修饰能够提高铝合金的耐腐蚀性能。 ZIF-8 is a kind of metal-organic framework material with supernormal thermal and chemical stability, and it also shows hydrophobic property. Considering these features, ZIF-8 film was synthesized on Al-alloy surface with solvothermal method. The crystal structure and morphology of the ZIF-8 film were confirmed by XRD and SEM, respectively. The result of water contact angle measurements shows that the film is hydrophobicity. The electrochemical measurements were carried out in 1 mol/L Na Cl solution. The potentiodynamic polarization curves indicate that the existence of the ZIF-8 film can decrease the corrosion current density and increase the corrosion potential of the Al-alloy, and the EIS measurements reveal that the ZIF-8 film can considerably improve the corrosion resistant performance of Al-alloy.
