2-苯基-2H-1,4-苯并噁嗪的合成研究

摘要 2H-1,4-苯并噁嗪衍生物在抗肿瘤、抗菌消炎和调节中枢神经等方面有较强的活性功能,是一类新颖的具有新药研发前景的杂环化合物。笔者合成了2-苯基-2H-1,4-苯并噁嗪,其结构经1H-NMR和MS等方法确认。其生物活性仍在探索中。 2H-1,4-benzoxazine derivatives have many biological properties, such as antineoplastic, anti-inflammation and so on. 2H-1,4-benzoxazines are new popular nitrogen heterocyclic compounds, having attracted attention in drug research fields because of their broad biological activities. In this paper, a novel 2-phenyl-2H-1,4-benzoxazine was synthesized, with good yield. And its structure was confirmed by 1H-NMR and MS spectra.
