摘要
为提高可控硅励磁系统触发脉冲的可靠性,提出了一种数字式晶闸管双触发脉冲的实现方法。首先介绍晶闸管全控整流桥双触发脉冲产生原理及脉冲回读检测方法,然后给出了基于DSPIC30F3010的详细编程实现过程,最后通过一台柴油发电机组的可控硅励磁装置进行实验验证,试验结果表明:可控硅触可靠,脉冲回读与检测功能正常,在各种工况下均未发生漏发脉冲、错发脉冲等现象。
In order to improve the reliability of the trigger pulse of SCR excitation system, a new method for the realization of the dual trigger pulse of a digital thyristor is presented. First introduces the thyristor full controlled rectifier bridge double trigger pulse generating principle and pulse read back detection method, and then gives a detailed DSPIC30F3010 programming process based on experiments, finally through the controllable silicon excitation device of a diesel generator, test results show that the silicon controlled contact reliability, under various conditions, there is not appear the phenomenon such as leakage pulse and wrong pulse.
