关于航天发射场空调加热器温度优化控制

摘要 目前航天发射场空调加热器采用PID控制,由于加热器存在滞后性和非线性,较难获取优异的PID控制参数,进而影响加热器控制效果。为提高控制效果,提出了一种预测PID控制方法,在获得系统模型的基础上,根据预测控制和PID控制的基本理论,离线计算得到PID控制器参数,进而对系统实施控制。最后以航天发射场空调加热器为对象,通过仿真验证了预测PID所得的控制参数比现有参数的控制效果好。所提方法充分利用了预测控制和PID控制的优点,可用于提高发射场空调系统加热器的控制效果。 At present, PID control method is used in the heater of air handling unit (AHU) in spacecraft launching site (SLS) ,whereas it is not a easy work to obtain the excellent PID control parameters for hysteresis and nonlinearity of heater,which influences the control effect. In order to improve the control effect,this paper proposes a predictive PID control method based on the system model. We combined the basic theory of both predictive control and PID control, then calculated the PID controller parameters off- line, and implemented control to the system. At last, we took the heater of AHU in SLS as study object, and verified that the control parameters obtained by predictive PID can get better control performance than the control parameters used at present. The proposed control method makes use of the merits of both predictive control and PID control, and can improve the control effect of heater of AHU in SLS.
