持续性心房颤动内外科杂交消融手术进展

Hybrid Surgery as Therapy for Persistent Atrial Fibrillation: A Review

心房颤动(房颤)是临床上最常见的心律失常,可使脑卒中风险增加5~17倍,并增加心血管疾病的发生率和病死率。目前经导管射频消融治疗持续性房颤和长程持续性房颤的效果并不理想。在临床多学科协作模式逐渐成为主流,心内科与心外科密切合作的背景下,心内膜导管消融结合胸腔镜下心外膜消融的杂交手术有望成为治疗持续性房颤的有效方法。现综述杂交手术治疗持续性房颤的进展。

Atrial fibrillation is the most common cardiac arrhythmia in clinical settings. Incidence of stoke is 5 ~ 17 times elevated while the morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular diseases are increased.Catheter ablation is considered a non-optimal therapy for persistent atrial fibrillation（ Ps AF） and long-standing persistent atrial fibrillation. With multi-disciplinary team becoming a mainstream strategy in the medical field and the close cooperation between electrophysiologists and cardiac surgeons as the background,hybrid surgery,which combines endocardial ablation and thoracoscopic epicardial ablation,is potentially the emerging therapy of choice for the treatment for Ps AF.This paper reviews the research progress of hybrid surgery as a novel therapy for Ps AF.
