经皮冠状动脉介入术是治疗冠心病的重要手段,尽管药物洗脱支架的广泛应用大大地降低了再狭窄率,但支架内再狭窄仍是困扰临床医生的一大难题,其发病机制正在不断地被发现和阐释。

Percutaneous coronary intervention were one of the important methods in the treatment with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.Despite the widely used drug-eluting stents largely reduces the rate of restenosis,the occurrence of coronary in-stent restenosis is still one of the most difficult problems,and the mechanism is contining to be discoverd and explained.
