药物涂层球囊在经皮冠状动脉介入术治疗中的应用进展

Progress in Clinical Application of Drug-coated Balloon in Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

冠心病是目前我国常见及多发病。随着经皮冠状动脉介入术治疗技术的进步以及冠状动脉支架植入例数的增加,支架内再狭窄、冠状动脉小血管病变及分叉病变等已经成为困扰临床医生的难题。传统的球囊扩张术和先进的药物洗脱技术结合产物——药物涂层球囊因其具有介入术治疗后无金属残留、较短的双重抗血小板药物疗程等优点,越来越引起人们的关注。现就药物涂层球囊在经皮冠状动脉介入术治疗中的临床应用进展做一综述。

Presently coronary heart disease is a common and frequently-occurring clinical disease in China.With the progress of percutaneous coronary intervention and increased number of coronary stent implantation,in-stent restenosis,coronary small vessel lesions and bifurcation lesions have become difficult problems for clinicians.A combination of traditional balloon dilatation and advanced drug-eluting technology,drug-coated balloon has attracted increased attention because of its advantages,such as no residual metal,short dual antiplatelet period after percutaneous coronary intervention and more.This review focused on the progress in clinical application of drug-coated balloon.
