摘要
神经肽Y是一种调节体内能量代谢和血糖稳定的生物活性肽,近年来发现其广泛参与了2型糖尿病及其心血管并发症的病理生理过程,但具体的作用机制尚不十分清楚,现对神经肽Y在此过程中发挥的作用做出简要综述,为相关预防和治疗工作提供新的依据和思路。
Neuropeptide Y,a neuropeptide regulating energy metabolism and blood glucose hemostasis,has been found in recent years and widely involved in the physiological and pathological processes of type 2 diabetes mellitus and diabetic cardiovascular complications.However the specific mechanism remains unclear.This review briefly discusses the function of neuropeptide Y in this process,in order to provide the theoretical foundation and new ideas for the prevention and treatment of these diseases.
