城镇化进程中古村落旅游社区发展的“去权”与“增权”——以陕西省韩城市Y村为例

Disempowerment and Empowerment in the Development of the Ancient Village Tourism Community in the Process of Urbanization——Based on the Survey of Y Village in Hancheng City of Shaanxi Province

在城镇化进程中,古村落旅游社区发展的"去权"与"失权"问题普遍存在。以陕西省韩城市Y村为例,运用深入访谈法对社区村民的去权情况展开实地调查,研究表明:当地村民在古村落旅游发展过程中存在旅游参与去权、获益去权、建议去权及知情去权问题,严重背离了共建共享的发展理念。针对以上问题,结合社区增权理论,提出应该建立合理的利益分配机制、有效的决策参与机制、挖掘社区村民的文化自觉和进行全方位的社区建设,以实现古村落旅游社区村民共享发展的成果。

In the process of urbanization,the problems of＂disempowerment＂and ＂empowerment＂in ancient village tourism development is ubiquitous.Taking Y village in Hancheng city of Shaanxi Province as an example,using in-depth interviews to conduct field investigations,the research shows that local villagers are disempowered in participation,profit attainment,giving advices and information acquisition in the process of local tourism development,which betrays the concept of sharing.To solve the problems above,the paper proposed to establish a reasonable profit distribution mechanism and an effective mechanism in decision making,and raise community residents＇ cultural awareness for the all-rounded development of community,so as to realize the goal of sharing fruits of development in ancient village tourism community
