科技支撑江苏新型城镇化存在的问题与推进策略

Problems and Strategies on Technological Support for Novel Urbanization in Jiangsu Province

新型城镇化发展离不开科技的支撑作用,当前江苏在推进新型城镇化建设中存在产城融合不太理想,不同区域产业支撑差异较大,科技投入不平衡,农业转移人口的科技文化素养偏低,支撑城镇化发展的人才相对不足,以及科技文化设施供给不足等问题。因此,要实施以科技为支撑的城镇发展规划,建立多元化科技创新投入机制,构建与新型城镇化相适应的人才供给体系,推进城乡科技文化设施均衡配置。

The development of novel urbanization is based on the support from science and technology. There are some problems in promoting the construction of the novel urbanization in Jiangsu Province, such as the unideal of industry-city integration, a great dis- crepancy of industry supports in different areas, unbalanced input of science and technology, low literacy of science and technology of agricultural transfer population, relative shortage of talents supporting for the development of urbanization, and insufficient supply of science and technology cultural facilities. Therefore, in order to promote new type of urbanization supported by S＆T, we should imple- ment the town development planning supported by science and technology, establish a diversified input mechanism and talents supply system adapted to the novel urbanization, and allocate urban and rural S＆T cultural facilities equally.
