基于指数测评的浙江省科技服务业发展研究

Research on Development of Zhejiang Science and Technology Service Industry Based on Index Evaluation

科技服务业是科技与经济紧密结合的纽带和桥梁,它在国民经济中所占的比重已成为衡量一个地区经济发达程度和竞争力的重要指标。作为现代服务业的重要组成部分,科技服务业日益受到关注。研究从理论研究出发,结合浙江省科技服务业实际,形成具有浙江特色的科技服务业统计与评价指标体系。并在此基础上,通过收集和整理近年来浙江省科技服务业发展相关数据,测算浙江省科技服务业发展指数,为浙江省科技服务业发展和相关政策的制定提供客观依据,更为国内同类省份开展此项工作提供借鉴和参考。

Science and technology service industry is the link and bridge which combine the science and technology with economy tightly. Its proportion in the national economy has become an important index which can measure the developed degree and competitive ability of region economy. As an important component of modem service industry, Science and technology service industry has been absorbed attention day by day. It is imperative that establish the index of science and technology service industry development for a city and give an objective and scientific evaluation for a city＇s present situation and level of science and technology service industry development. Giving an example for Zhejiang in the paper, which combines the theory with the practice of Zhejiang science and technology service industry. It establishes a science and technology service industry development index system which has the characteristic of Zhejiang. On the basis of the index system, by collecting and processing relative data for Zhejiang science and technology service industry in recent years, the paper makes statistic calculation for the index of Zhejiang science and technology service industry development. It provides the objective basis for the Zhejiang science and technology service industry to develop and for the Zhejiang government to formulate relevant policies. Although, it also provides reference for the other similar city in the nation to carry out this work.
