Specialization or Integration:Intrinsic Reasons to Establish a Specialized Aircraft Engine Company

中国航空发动机公司的成立标志着我国为解决航空装备发展的动力瓶颈问题、实行飞机总装与发动机研制分离模式、改革航空工业体制迈出实质性步伐。从航空工业生产中的一体化和专业化视角,解析了组建专业化航空发动机公司的利弊,并据此提出可能的改进与优化方案。

Establishment of the Aero Engine Corporation of China means our country takes a substantive step to solve the bottleneck problem in the aviation power field, implementation of a separate model between aircraft assembling and engine R＆D, and reformation of aeronautic industry system. From a perspective of specialization and integration in the aeronautic industry, this paper explains its benefits and costs of establishing a specialized aircraft engine company, and based on this, proposes two possible improved or optimized solution plans.
