雪莲花的药理研究进展及抗皮肤光老化的应用展望 被引量:1

摘要 长期紫外线照射会诱导角质形成细胞和成纤维细胞产生和分泌大量基质金属蛋白酶(MMPS),引起皮肤光老化改变。雪莲花主要分布在高海拔寒冷地区,是藏药中常用的药材。目前的医学研究证实雪莲花具有抗炎、抗辐射、清除自由基及防止染色体畸变的生物学功能。虽然现在暂时还没有充分的研究证明,但可以推测雪莲花有效成分可能对皮肤光老化有预防和治疗作用,未来有较为广阔的研究前景。 Long term ultraviolet irradiation can induce keratinocytes and fibroblasts to produce and secrete a large number of matrix metalloproteinases ( MMPS), which leading to skin photoaging. Snow Lotus Herb is a common Tibetan Drug which grow in high altitude and cold area and it was proved that it can relieve inflammation, radiation, free radicals and resist chromosome aberration. Although now there are no sufficient evidences that proved the snow Lotus Herb can prevent and treat photoaging of skin, however It could be speculated that the skin photoaging prevention and treatment effect of active compo- nents of lotus flowers, which has a broad research prospect in the future.
