摘要
1临床资料
患者，女。42岁。鼻尖蓝褐色丘疹40余年，其周围红色半球形结节1月。患者自述出生即有鼻尖部米粒大小蓝褐色丘疹，无明显自觉症状，未予重视。近1月无明显诱因在此鼻尖部丘疹周围皮肤发红，且周围出现红色半透明结节，凸出于皮肤表面，质软，边界清楚，并逐渐增大，无自觉症状。
