摘要
"科研兴教,科研兴校"是改革开放30多年来我国教育快速提升和发展的成功经验之一。近年来,全国教育科学规划工作着力于服务大局、提升质量、规范管理、强化监督,创新科研管理的体制机制,不断提高科研成果的质量。在新形势下,繁荣发展教育科学,要尊重学术发展规律,通过狠抓选题导向、科研质量、成果转化、制度建设和工作机制建设增强管理科学性,为更多更好地推出具有国家水准和世界影响,经得起实践和历史检验的优秀成果提供制度保障。
"Reviving education and vitalizing school by scientific research" have been the successful experiences in rapidly promoting and developing our education since the reform and opening-up. In recent years, the work of national education sciences planning has concentrated its efforts to serve the overall interests, improve quality, normalize management, and enhance supervision, etc.; therefore, on some level, innovating the institutional mechanism of scientific research management and promoting the quality of the achievements in scientific research have been realized. Under the new situation, to prosperously develop the science of education, we need to respect the laws of academic development, and enhance the scientificity of management by paying much attention to the orientation of topics, the quality of scientific research, achievement transformation, and the construction of institution and working mechanism. We also need to provide the institutional guarantee for excellent results, which are with national level and world-famous, and can hold water both in practice and history.
