摘要
基于PISA2009中国独立研究,发现测试地区学生的阅读素养平均成绩低于OECD均值,数学素养和科学素养在国际上名列前茅;学生表现差距较大,城乡差距、校际差距指标均高于OECD平均水平;学生课业负担较重,阅读、数学和科学课内学习课时数指标远超OECD均值;师生关系的多个指标低于OECD平均水平。借鉴PISA的教育评价经验,关注中国独立研究结果,积极研制符合我国各个年龄层段学生的大规模教育评价项目,构建中国特色的教育质量监测体系。
Based on PISA 2009 China Trial, it is found that while the average reading score of the China Trial participants is below the OECD average, their math and science scores rank the highest; greater academic performance discrepancies are evident for the urban vs rural schools than that of the OECD average; China Trial participants spend more time both in and outside the classroom than the OECD average on reading, mathematics, and science; the affect indexes such as student-teacher relationship for the China Trial participants are below the OECD average across multiple domains. This current status requires that we take the initiative to establish education evaluation system with Chinese characteristics by focusing on China Trial research, develop Chinese own PISA for different stages of education, and promote a large-scale education evaluation project based on the insight we gained from PISA China Trial.
