白宫遭遇入侵事件对我国警卫目标安全工作的启示

Enlightenment from White House Intrusions for Chinese Counterpart

面对当前严峻的国际政治形势和复杂的国内治安环境,重要警卫目标安全工作面临的挑战越来越大,以美国白宫屡次遭到不速之客入侵事件为例,分析其安保方面存在的漏洞和隐患。为更好提升执勤效能,提高安全系数,我国应吸取冈萨雷斯入侵白宫的教训,结合我国国情,重点加强警卫队伍建设,夯实警卫基础工作,创新警卫执勤模式,提高应急处突能力。

Faced with complex international political situation and grim security environment at home,the challenges of VIP protection are more and more serious. White House,the official residence with highest level of security in the world,has been intruded several times. Based on the experience and lessons of White House＇s security and combined with the actual situation of China＇s security,this paper analyses White House＇s security flaws and hidden dangers,and puts forwards some suggestions to strengthen VIP protection team＇s capacity,consolidate its routine jobs,innovate its operational models,and develop its skill to dispose emergencies for the ultimate purpose of improving the efficiency of protection and coefficient of safety.
