为了适应部队对学员能力和素质培养的需求,队列课程在各专业教学训练内容设置、组训方法、考核方式等方面都要重新调整和改革,更加突出学员能力的培养,充分发挥考核的教学评价、反馈以及激励作用,培养和提高学员的任职能力,为边防、消防、警卫部队军事训练提供人才支撑。

In order to adapt to the army＇s demand for cadet＇s ability and quality,foot drill should readjust and reform in terms of content setting,training methods,examination methods,etc. With emphasis on student＇s competence,the roles of teaching evaluation,feedback and incentive effect,training and improving the cadet＇s professional competence,and cultivating military talents for border control,fire control,VIP protection forces.
