基于陕西部分高校的工科毕业生就业现状调查

通过对西安部分工科院校已就业学生进行的问卷调查,以及对这些学校学生就业较集中的部分公司进行的现场访谈,分析了毕业生的就业现状及学生的在校教育对其就业的影响。结果显示,超过80%的工科毕业生就职于私（民）营企业和外企,女生较男生更倾向于国企和事业单位,近三分之二的人满意于当前的工作。70%以上的人认为在校所学能满足工作需求,而在校的专业知识学习和人际交流能力的培养是对以后工作影响较大的因素。

Through questionnaire investigation to graduates from some engineering colleges in Xi＇an and live interview to some companies which hired relatively more graduates from these colleges, this paper analyzed current employment situation of graduates and the influence of college education to their employment. The results indicated that, more than 80 percent of engineering college graduates worked at private enterprises or foreign-funded enterprises. Compared with the male graduates, the females were more inclined to work at state-owned enterprises and public institutions. Nearly two-thirds of these graduates were satisfied with their current work. Over 70% of the respondents thought what they had learned in college could meet the need of their jobs, while the study of professional knowl- edge and cultivation of interpersonal communication skills were thought as two more influential factors for their jobs.
