摘要
幼儿园舞蹈教育活动是对幼儿进行艺术教育不可或缺的重要途径。所谓"幼儿园舞蹈教育活动设计"教学模式,是指学前教育专业的学生在进行幼儿园舞蹈教育活动设计时,从理论到实践相结合的认识与体验的过程。它让学生在教学设计、教学组织、实施及教育评价等一系列活动中体会教学的全过程,它包括:案例分析与认知讨论、教案书写与实践操作、相互点评与经验提升以及自我设计与创作表现四个过程。通过本教学模式的研究与运用,有效地促进了学前教育专业的学生对幼儿园艺术教育目标的认识和理解、教育教学能力的发展以及专业素养的提高;加速了学生作为未来教师教育观念和教育行为的内化过程,满足了师生共同参与舞蹈教学改革的需求;有效地激发了学前教育专业学生的内驱力、对幼教事业的热情和对未来职业的归属感和价值感。
Kindergarten dance education is an indispensable way of carrying out art education to children. The teaching mode of activity design of kindergarten dance education refers to the understanding and experiencing process of a combination of theory and practice while preschool education students design the kindergarten dance education activities. This teaching mode enables students to experience the whole teaching process in a series of activities, such as teaching design, teaching organization, teaching implementation and education assessment. The whole teaching process includes the following four processes: case analysis and cognitive discussion; writing teaching plans and practical operation; mutual comments and enhancing experience; and self-design and creative performance. The research and application of this teaching model effectively promoted students' understanding of the goal of kindergarten art education, the development of the teaching ability and the improvement of professional accomplishment; sped up the internalization process of education concept and behavior as a future teacher; met the needs that teachers and students jointly participate into dance teaching reform; effectively stimulated students' internal drive, enthusiasm for the cause of early childhood education and the sense of belonging and value to future profession.
