基于CDIO的汽车服务工程专业“卓越工程师”实践教学体系的探索与研究

随着社会对高技能工程技术人才的需求愈加高涨,CDIO教育理念应运而生。作为新兴的教育模式,它相对于目前工程教育现状,更加关注于如何培养实践型技能人才。本研究首先全面地介绍了CDIO的教育理念,再从教育背景、课程体系、教师投入力度等方面描绘了目前高等工程教育中对学生培养忽视的关键点。从实际出发,探讨了基于CDIO的汽车服务工程专业＂卓越工程师＂实践教学体系改革的可能性。

With the increasing demand of society for highly skilled engineering talents, educational philosophy of CDIO came into being. As an emerging educational model, it is more concerned with how to cultivate practical talents, compared with current situation of engineering education. This paper introduces the concept of CDIO education at first and then depicts key points in neglecting students＇ cultivation in higher engineering education from the aspects of educational background, curriculum system and teachers＇ input. Starting from practice, this paper discusses the possibility to reform the practical teaching system of ＂excellent engineer＂of automobile service engineering specialty based on CDIO.
