超大城市社区治理模式与流动青少年的就业困境--基于广州与上海的比较

Megacities' Community Governance Model and Employment Difficulties of Migrant Youth

在21世纪第一个十年的快速城市化进程中,大城市里的流动青少年就业困境成为凸显问题。既有研究侧重从"体面工作"的单一视角进行探究,本文则在此基础上增加了"市民权""社会包容"的视角。通过对广州、上海两地的实证调查及比较,本文试图从城市社区治理模式的维度对青少年的就业困境进行更加综合的诊断,并在群团改革的语境中提出相关建议。

Since the fast urbanization during the first decade of the 21th century, the employment dif- ficulties of migrant youth in big cities have become a controversial issue. The former research focuses on the decent work, based on which this paper will add ＂citizenship＂ and ＂social inclusion＂ as two additional dimensions. Through the empirical Studies conducted in Guangzhou and Shanghai , a systematic diagnosis will be made on the employment difficulties of migrant youth and give relevant recommendations in the context of the reform on mass organizations.
