Let Strangers Come in——The Self-disclosure Process of Online Sexual Abuse Survivor

网络性侵害是网络交友中最重要的议题。本文采用个案研究的方法,试图了解网络性侵害幸存少女在社会工作专业服务过程中的自我揭露历程及影响因素。研究表明,网络性侵害事件的揭露是一个动态过程,经历了深藏心底、摇头否认、拒绝面对、模糊透露讯息、部份细节透露、意外揭露过程等。从影响揭露的原因来看,缺少家庭沟通、自我归因自责、处女情结愧疚、性别角色刻板、担心加害者报复、社会隔离与灵魂破产是重要的原因。研究最后从直接服务和间接服务两个维度,就社会工作应该如何服务性侵害幸存者提出了实务性建议。

Online sexual abuse is the most important topic in online dating. This paper attempts to understand the self - disclosure process and the impact factors of online sexual abuse survivors when they face social work professionals. The research shows that the process of exposing the online sexual abuse is a dynamic process, which has gone through being buried deep in heart, shaking head, refusing to face, blurring the information, revealing some details and revealing the accident. From the perspective of the exposure factors, the lack of family communication, self - attribution, self - blame, virginity guilty, gender role stereotype, fear of perpetrators revenge, social isolation and soul bankruptcy girl are important reasons. Finally, from the two dimensions of direct service and indirect service, the study puts forward practical suggestions on how social work should serve the survivors of sexual abuse.
