摘要 柱塞配流是柱塞泵的一种新型配流机构,它具备端面配流和阀配流泵的优点,同时又避免了两者的缺陷,其应用前景十分看好。闭死容积的研究是柱塞配流海水液压泵的关键技术之一,本文主要研究:闭死容积密封长度的确定;困水过程的作用时间;配流过程数学模型的建立与仿真。其结果有助于泵配流机构的正确设计。 A new type of piston pump with piston valving is described. The advantages for seawater pump with plate valving (or valve valving) belong to this pump. Meanwhile, the shortages of two types will be overcome in this pump. Its application should be bright. The dead volume is one of the key problems in this pump. So, the contents studied in this paper are the determination on seal length of dead volume, the operation time in pocketed water and the mathematical model (simulation) in valving process. The results would help correct design in a pump valving system.
