ADAM33基因rs2280090、rs487377、rs2787094多态性与大鱼际掌纹特应征的相关性研究

Association between ADAM33 Polymorphisms and Atopic Traits of Print of Thenar Eminence

目的:探讨ADAM33基因多态性与青岛地区汉族成人哮喘患者大鱼际掌纹特应征的相关性。方法:引入计算机识别系统,实现大鱼际掌纹特应征客观量化分级,采用SNa Pshot方法检测400例哮喘患者和200例正常对照的ADAM33基因rs2280090、rs487377、rs2787094共3个多态位点的基因型和等位基因频率。结果:相对于CC-CG基因型,rs2787094的GG基因型频率在掌纹阴性组为11.3%,在掌纹阳性组为18.9%,差异有统计学意义(OR=2.10,95%=1.26-3.50,P=0.003 8)。结论:ADAM33基因rs2787094多态性与哮喘患者的大鱼际掌纹特应征呈显著相关,而rs2280090、rs487377多态性和掌纹无相关性。

Objective： To investigate the relationship between the atopie traits of the print of thenar eminence and polymorphisms of ADAM33 gene （rs2280090, rs487377 and rs2787094 ） in Han nationality with asthma in Qingdao. Methods ： The photographs of the print of thenar eminence from subjects were objectively divided by computer. For 400 asthma patients and 200 healthy subjects, above polymorphisms were detected by SnaPshot method. Results： For rs2787094, the frequencies of genotype of GG in the positive group of the print of thenar was significantly higher than that of the negative group（ 18.9% vs. 11.3% , OR = 2.10,95% = 1.26 - 3.50, P = 0. 003 8）. No significant difference was found in the genotypic frequencies for the remaining 2 polymorphisms between the two groups （All P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion ： The study has indicated for the asthma patients, that rs2787094 polymorphisms of ADAM33 gene is associated with the atopie traits of the print of thenar eminence in Han nationality in Qingdao. But there is no association in rs2280090 and rs487377.
