高尿酸血症的危害及中药防治特点的研究进展

Research Progress of Harms and Characteristics of TCM Preventing and Treating Hyperuricemia

随着人们生活水平提高和生活方式改变,高尿酸血症的发病率逐年升高(10%以上),但由于其早期无症状,常常被忽视;高尿酸血症又是代谢性疾病,常与高脂血症、糖尿病、高血压等共存。通过对高尿酸血症的危害、治疗必要性、药物现状、以及中药特点等系统论述,提出中药治疗高尿酸血症的必要性,为控制高尿酸血症并发症和中药新药研发提供参考。

With the development of people＇ s living standard and lifestyle changes, the morbidity of hyperuricemia has been rising yearly（ 〉 10% ）. But it has been often overlooked due to the early asymptomatic. Hyperuricemia always coexists with hyperlipidemia, diabetes, hypertension and so on,which belong to metabolic disorders. This article systematically discusses the harmful effects of hyperuricemia, the necessity and current status for treatments and the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） ,ect. And then we propose the necessity of using TCM to prevent and treat hyperuricemia to provide a reference for control hyperuricemia with complications and research and development of new drugs of TCM.
