中西医结合治疗中重度癌痛的临床疗效观察

Clinical Curative Effect in Treatment of Moderate and Severe Cancer Pain with Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:观察联合消积止痛方与电生理刺激对中重度癌痛的临床疗效。方法:将165例中重度癌痛的患者随机分为治疗组(84例)与对照组(81例),对照组口服硫酸吗啡缓释片,治疗组在对照组用药基础上,联合消积止痛方与穴位电生理刺激,两组均治疗4周,治疗结束后,评价两组患者的镇痛效果及不良反应。结果:1与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后NRS评分降低,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。2治疗组在起效时间上低于对照组,在持续镇痛时间上高于对照组(P<0.05)。3与对照组相比,治疗组在恶心、呕吐与便秘方面发生较少(P<0.05)。结论:硫酸吗啡缓释片联合消积止痛方与电生理刺激对中重度癌痛疗效确切,具有临床应用价值。

Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of Xiaoji ZhitongDecoction （XJZT） and electrophysiological stimulation in the treatment of moderate and severe cancer pain. Methods ： A total of 165 patients with moderate and severe cancer pain were randomly divided into the treatment group （84 cases） and the control group （81 cases）. The control group was treated with sustained - release morphine sulfate tablets （SRM） while the treatment group with XJZT and electrophy - siological stimulation based on the control group＇ s drug for 4weeks. After treatment, the two groups＇ analgesic effect and adverse reaction were evaluated. Results ：（1）Compared with those before treatment, both two groups＇ numerical rating scale （NRS） score were decreasedand the treatment group＇ s was better than the control group＇ s （P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ）. （2）The treatment group＇ s onset time was shorter than that of the control groupwhile the continuous analgesia time was longer than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. （3）Compared with the control group, the treatment group had less nausea, vomiting and constipation （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： SRM combined with XJZT and electrophy - siological stimulation has clinical curative effect in the treatment of moderate and severe cancer pain with clinical application value.
