关节置换术后感染患者细胞因子与疼痛指标的变化观察 被引量:3

Observation on the changes of cytokines and pain indexes of patients with infections after joint replacement

摘要 目的观察关节置换术后感染患者细胞因子与疼痛指标的变化情况,以为其上述指标的控制提供依据。方法选取2013年1月-2015年10月医院收治60例关节置换术后感染患者为观察组,同时期关节置换术后未发生感染60例患者为对照组,然后将两组细胞因子与疼痛指标血清水平进行比较,并比较观察组不同TKA分型患者的上述血清指标水平。结果观察组血清单核因子包括G-CSF、TNF-α、IL-6及IL-8水平分别(90.31±7.52)pg/ml、(1.56±0.24)ng/ml、(8.78±0.64)pg/ml及(10.20±1.14)pg/ml,均高于对照组(48.28±3.71)pg/ml、(0.98±0.11)ng/ml、(5.25±0.44)pg/ml及(6.10±0.53)pg/ml,同时观察组血清淋巴因子及疼痛指标均差于对照组,且不同TKA分型患者的上述细胞因子与疼痛指标血清水平也存在明显差异(P均<0.05)。结论关节置换术后感染患者细胞因子与疼痛指标的血清表达水平波动较大,且不同TKA分型患者的表达水平也存在较大差异,应针对其这种变化给予针对性干预及控制。 OBJECTIVE To observe the changes of cytokines and pain indexes of patients with infections after joint replacement,so as to provide the basis for the control of those indexes.METHODS A total of 60 patients with infection after joint replacement in our hospital from Jan.2013 to Oct.2015 were selected as observation group,60 patient without infections after joint replacement at the same period were selected as control group,then the cytokines and pain indexes of the two groups were compared,and those serum indexes levels of observation group with different TKA types were compared too.RESULTS The serum monokines of G-CSF,TNF-α,IL-6and IL-8of observation group were respectively(90.31±7.52)pg/ml,(1.56±0.24)ng/ml,(8.78±0.64)pg/ml and(10.20±1.14)pg/ml,which were all higher than(48.28±3.71)pg/ml,(0.98±0.11)ng/ml,(5.25±0.44)pg/ml and(6.10±0.53)pg/ml of control group,the serum lymphokines and pain indexes of observation group were all worse than those of control group,and those cytokines and pain indexes of observation group with different TKA types(all P〈0.05).CONCLUSIONThe serum expression levels of cytokines and pain indexes of patients with infection after joint replacement have great changes,and the expression levels of patients with different TKA types also have significant differences,so the changes should be paid to targeted intervention and control.
