The Northern Song Dynasty's Fengfu System to the Tangut Noble Party Members

北宋继承前朝礼俗方面的传统,并用礼制策略笼络西北少数民族。宋代统治阶级对党项贵族实施赗赙之礼遇是抚慰、维护两国正常关系,减少边患的途径之一,也是宋展示中原正统文化,管理少数民族政权的手段之一。宋通过对党项贵族实施赗赙之礼,一定程度上有缓解宋与党项政权之间紧张关系的作用。

The Northern Song Dynasty inherited the traditions of the former customs, and used the ritual system to win over the minority nationalities in the northwest. The implementation of Fengfu system ear- fled out by the ruling class of the Song Dynasty to the Dangxiang noble aristocracy is to soothe and main- tain the normal relations between the two countries, as well as one of the ways to show the Central Plains orthodox Song culture and to manage ethnic minorities regime. To some extent the Fengfu system allevia- ted the tension between the Song and Dangxiang political power role.
