基于健康小屋的综合健康管理在社区高血压防控中的应用

The Application of Comprehensive Health Management Based on Health Hut in the Community Hypertension Prevention and Control

目的:探讨基于健康小屋的综合健康管理服务在社区高血压病防控中的应用。方法:选取社区40个健康小屋内筛查建档的高血压患者1940例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各970例。对照组仅实行常规健康服务,试验组除常规服务外,提供综合健康管理服务,跟踪随访12个月。结果:试验组健康知识问卷得分、健康行为问卷得分均高于对照组,血压控制情况优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于健康小屋的综合健康管理服务在社区高血压病管理中作用肯定。

Objective：To study the application of comprehensive health management based on health hut in the community hypertension prevention and control.Method：1940 hypertension patients from 40 health huts were divided into experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,970 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health services,the experimental group received additional comprehensive health management services,then followed-up 12 months.Result：The health knowledge questionnaire scores and behavior questionnaire scores of the experimental group were higher than the control group,the blood pressure control of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive health management services based on health hut in the community hypertension management is positive.
