益气扶正法在脓毒症患者中的治疗及对血清核因子-κB活性变化的影响研究

Effect of Yiqi Fuzheng Method on the Changes of Serum Nuclear Factor-κB Activity in Patients with Sepsis

目的:观察益气扶正法在脓毒症患者中的治疗效果及对血清核因子-κB活性变化的影响。方法:选取2014年11月-2016年7月医院诊治的脓毒症患者60例,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组联合益气扶正法治疗,采用ELISA方法测定治疗前后血清IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α、PCT及WBC水平,比较两组临床疗效及对血清核因子-κB活性变化的影响。结果:治疗后7 d观察组临床疗效率为93.3%,显著高于对照组的66.7%(P<0.05)。两组治疗前血清IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α、NF-κB及CRP水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后7 d血清IL-6、TNF-α、NF-κB及CRP水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),IL-10水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与常规西药治疗相比,脓毒症患者联合益气扶正法治疗效果更理想,能改善血清核因子-κB活性,抑制过度炎症反应,值得推广应用。

Objective：To observe the effect of Yiqi Fuzheng method on the changes of serum nuclear factor-kappa B activity in patients with sepsis.Method：Sixty patients with sepsis diagnosed in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group from November 2014 to July 2016 according to different treatment regimen,30 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional medical therapy,the observation group received combination Yiqi Fuzheng method.Before and after treatment,the levels of serum IL-6,IL-10,TNF-α,PCT and WBC of two groups were measured by ELISA.The clinical effect and serum nuclear factor-κB activity of the two groups were compared.Result：After treatment 7 days,the clinical efficacy rate of observation group was 93.3% obviously higher than control group（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-10,TNF-α,NF-κB and CRP in the two groups had no statistic difference（P〉0.05）.After treatment 7 days,the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,NF-κB and CRP of observation group were obviously lower than control group,the levels of IL-10 in observation group were higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with conventional medical therapy,Yiqi Fuzheng method is more effective.It can improve serum nuclear factor-kappa B activity and suppressing excessive inflammatory reaction,which is worthy of popularization and application.
