摘要
目的:探讨系统腔镜培训在胸腔镜教学中的应用效果。方法:选择2014年2月-2016年2月在本院胸外科实习的五年制本科实习医生72名,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各36名。对照组给予传统教学方法,观察组给予腔镜持镜训练结合传统教学方法,对比两组的教学效果。结果:实习结束后对学生进行考核,观察组理论知识考核内容包括解剖知识、腔镜操作要领、流程、病理学特征、疾病诊断知识的评分均明显高于对照组,扶镜操作评分、学习积极性评分、学生对教学方法的评价评分均高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在胸腔镜教学中采用系统腔镜培训可明显提高实习学生学习效果,提高教学质量,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of systemic thoracoscopic training in thoracoscope teaching.Method:72 five-year undergraduate students in our hospital thoracic surgery were selected from February 2014 to February 2016,they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,36 cases in each group.The control group received traditional teaching method,the observation group was treated with systemic endoscopic training combined with traditional teaching methods,the effects of two groups were compared.Result:The students assessment after the end of the internship,the theoretical knowledge examination including anatomic knowledge, endoscopic operation essentials,process and pathological features and diagnosis knowledge scores of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,the support the endoscope operation score,learning enthusiasm score,and evaluation on teaching method of students' in observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistical significance(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The systemic thoracoscopic training in teaching can improve the effect of student learning, and the quality of teaching,it is worthy of promotion.
