浅谈食管癌患者围手术期护理风险及应对策略

Discussion of Strategies in the Perioperative Period for Esophagus Cancer Patients

目的:总结分析食管癌患者围手术期潜在护理风险及应对策略。方法:对本院2015年3月-2016年5月60例食管癌患者围手术期的护理进行回顾性总结分析。结果:经过对食管癌患者采取连贯性的围手术期治疗和护理,针对护理过程中出现的一系列护理风险,采取积极有效的相关干预措施,60例食管癌患者术后全部康复出院,无并发症发生。结论:加强患者围手术期护理,提高医护人员专业技术水平,对预防食管癌围手术期护理风险,降低术后并发症起着积极作用。

Objective：To summarize and analyze the risks and strategies for esophagus cancer patients in the perioperative period.Method：60 esophagus patients in perioperative period were selected and analyzed in our hospital from March 2015 to May 2016.Result：After taking the perioperative treatment and nursing of coherence in patients with esophageal cancer,according to a series of nursing risk in the nursing process,taken positive and effective intervention measures,60 cases of esophageal cancer patients after operation recovered without complications.Conclusion：Enhance nursing in perioperative period, improve the professional abilities of medical staffs,plays a very active part of preventing nursing risks of esophagus cancer patients in perioperative period and reducing postoperative complications.
