摘要 真菌性鼻窦炎(fungal rhinosinusitis,FR)是耳鼻咽喉头颈外科较为常见的一种特异性感染性疾病,其主要致病菌为曲霉菌,占80%以上,其他有念珠菌等。C型相关性植物血凝素-1(dendritic cell-associated C-type lectin-1,Dectin-1)是β-葡聚糖主要受体之一,而所有真菌细胞壁组成中β-葡聚糖占50%左右,从而可以推断,Dectin-1在机体抗真菌免疫反应中起着极为重要的作用。 Fungal sinusitis(FR) is a kind of specific and infectious diseases which is common in otolaryngology head and neck surgery,the main pathogenic bacteria are Aspergillus,accounting for more than 80%,others are Candida and so on.Dendritic cell-associated lectin-1(Dectin-1) is the main receptor of β-glucan,while the fungal cell wall composition of β-glucan accounted for 50%,so it can be deduced that Dectin-1 plays an important role in the body's antifungal immune response.
