中医师承教育模式的发展及应用效果分析

Analysis of Development and Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Apprentice Education Mode

目的探究中医师承教育模式的发展及应用效果。方法自2011年4月—2014年3月对200名学徒实施中医师承教育模式培训,分析培训前后中医师的中医辨证能力。结果经过中医师承教育后,显示在疾病诊断符合率、辨证符合率、处方符合率等方面均优于教学前,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论实施中医师承教育模式培训的应用效果较好,利于住院中医师日常培训的标准化,提高医院的整体服务水平。

Objective To explore the development and application effect of apprentice education mode for Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods From April 2011 to March 2014, 200 apprentices were implemented with TCM apprentice education, dialectics ability of TCM practitioners before and after the training were compared. Results After the TCM apprentice education, disease diagnosis rate, diagnosis coincidence rate, prescription coincidence rate were significantly higher than that before teaching, P〈0.05. Conclusion The application effect of TCM apprentice education training model is great, which is conducive to the standardization of TCM hospital daily training, and can improve the overall service level of hospital.
