摘要 目的研究分析妇产科学TBL教学模式应用效果。方法2016年3—7月,选择医学院临床医学系70名学生作为研究对象,将学生分为两组,观察组35名和对照组35名,学生进行妇产科理论知识学习,对照组学生采用常规教学方法,观察组学生应用TBL教学模式,对比观察组与对照组的教学效果。结果观察组学生考核平均分为(84.26±3.11)分,高于对照组学生的(65.21±3.68)分,t=23.39,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;观察组学生对教学方式的认可度为94.29%高于对照组学生的62.86%,χ2=10.27,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论妇产科学TBL教学模式应用效果较理想。 Objective To study the effect of TBL teaching model in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods From March to July 2016, 70 students were selected and divided into two groups, the observation group(35 cases) and the control group(35 cases). The students in the observation group were taught by theoretical knowledge of obstetrics and gynecology, the students in the control group were taught by conventional teaching methods, teaching effect in two groups were compared. Results The examination points in observation group was(84.26±3.11), which was higher than(65.21±3.68) in the control group, t=23.39, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant, the recognition rate in observation group was 94.29%, which was higher than 62.86% in control group, χ2=10.27, P〈0.05, there was statistical significant difference. Conclusion TBL teaching model of obstetrics and gynecology is effective.
