冠心病合并糖尿病患者血脂检验的结果研究

The Results of Blood Lipid Test in Patients With Coronary Heart Disease Complicated With Diabetes Mellitus

目的研究分析冠心病合并糖尿病患者血脂检验的结果。方法选择2014年1月—2015年12月在我院进行治疗的65例冠心病合并糖尿病患者为观察组,以同期住院的65例单纯冠心病患者为对照组,对比两组患者的血脂检验结果。结果观察组血清中TG、TC、LDL、HDL水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冠心病合并糖尿病患者血脂水平明显异常,临床需重视进行监测以合理评估患者的风险。

Objective To analyze the patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes, blood lipid test results. Methods From January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital, 65 cases of patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes were chosen as the observation group, 65 cases of patients with coronary heart disease in the hospital during the same period as the control group, the blood test of the two groups were compared. Results Serum TG, TC, LDL, HDL were significantly higher than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The coronary heart disease in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with blood lipid level was abnormal, need to pay attention to the reasonable clinical monitoring and assessment of patients with risk.
