摘要
目的研究检验前质量控制对生化检测结果的影响。方法选取在我院进行生化检测的患者162例,采取数字随机法分成观察组和对照组,对照组进行常规空腹血糖及血清白蛋白检测,观察组则在检验前进行质量控制,比较两组患者入院时及住院7 d后的空腹血糖及血清白蛋白检测结果。结果观察组患者住院7 d后空腹血糖、白蛋白的水平优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生化检测前也存在各种对结果有影响的因素,在检验前进行质量控制对生化检测结果的准确性有所帮助,对患者有利。
Objective To study the effect of quality control on biochemical test results. Methods A total of 162 cases of biochemical detection of patients in our hospital were chosen, taken randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group routine detection of fasting blood glucose and serum albumin, the observation group were in the quality control inspection, blood glucose and fasting serum albumin detection results of the two patients on admission and after 7 days of hospitalization. Results The level of fasting blood glucose and albumin in observation group was better than that in control group after 7 days, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Before biochemical testing, there are various factors that influence the results. In the test, the quality control is helpful to the accuracy of biochemical test results, which is beneficial to the patients.
