超声在体表窦瘘诊断中的应用价值

Application Value of Ultrasonography in Diagnosis of Superficial Sinus Fistula

目的探讨超声在体表窦瘘诊断中的应用价值。方法选取我院收治的50例体表窦瘘患者的临床及超声影像学资料进行回顾性分析,并与手术结果对照,仪器使用Philips iu22型彩色超声多普勒诊断仪。结果 50例体表窦瘘中,24例为单纯性窦瘘,26例为复杂性窦瘘,经超声检查单纯性窦瘘诊断的准确率为95.83%,复杂性窦瘘的诊断准确率为73.08%。在复杂性窦瘘患者中,超声结果显示:支管的敏感度为69.81%;脓肿的敏感度为75.00%;内口的敏感度为50.00%。结论超声对于单纯性窦瘘的诊断准确性较高,而对于复杂性窦瘘的诊断准确性不高。

Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of the body surface sinus fistula. Methods 50 cases of patients with the body surface sinus fistula of clinical and ultrasound imaging data in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, and compared with surgical results. A Philips iu22 type color ultrasonic doppler echocardiograph was applied. Results In 50 cases of sinus fistula patients, 24 cases were simple sinus fistula, and 26 cases of complexity sinus fistula. The ultrasonic testing of simple sinus fistula diagnostic accuracy was 95.83%, and complexity sinus fistula diagnostic accuracy was 73.08%. In complexity sinus fistula, the ultrasonic testing results showed that the sensitivity of the branch pipe was 69.81%, the sensitivity of the abscess was 75.00%, and the sensitivity of internal opening was 50.00%. Conclusion There is higher clinical accuracy in simple sinus fistula clinical by ultrasound, but for the complexity of sinus fistula diagnosis accuracy is not high.
