超声心动图对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者右心功能的评估价值分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者右心功能临床评估工作中合理应用超声心动图方案的价值进行分析。方法从2015年2月—2016年9月因慢性阻塞性肺疾病进入本院检查的患者中,随机抽选48例进行研究(A组),选择50例体检者进行分析(B组),以超声心动图方案对其进行检查,并观察检查结果。结果 A组右心房的左右径(42.54±8.57)mm,B组(34.26±5.37)mm(P<0.05);A组右心房的上下径(48.97±9.05)mm,B组(42.68±7.00)mm(P<0.05)。此外,两组右室的面积、右室基底部的内径、右心房的面积、右室心肌做功指数等对照比较,P<0.05。结论对于慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,选择超声心动图方案进行诊断,可对其右心功能各项指数进行客观评估。 Objective To evaluate the value of echocardiography in the assessment of right ventricular function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods From February 2015 to September 2016, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients were selected in our hospital, randomly selected 48 cases studied(A group), 50 cases of examination were analyzed(B group), the echocardiography scheme to examine it, and to observe the inspection results. Results A group of right atrial right and left diameter(42.54±8.57) mm, B group(34.26±5.37) mm(P 〈 0.05), A group right atrium upper and lower diameter(48.97±9.05) mm, B group(42.68±7.00) mm(P 〈 0.05). In addition, two groups of right ventricular area, right ventricular diameter, basal area of right atrial and right ventricular myocardial performance index comparison, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion For patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, echocardiography can be used to evaluate the right ventricular function index.
