正畸修复治疗牙周病所致前牙移位的疗效评价

Evaluation of Orthodontic Treatment for Anterior Teeth Displacement Caused by Periodontal Disease

目的探讨牙周病所致前牙移位采取正畸修复治疗的效果。方法选择2015年7月—2016年7月山东省枣庄市第四医院收治的50例牙周病所致前牙移位患者,随机分为传统组(n=25)和正畸组(n=25),传统组实施传统牙周治疗,正畸组进行正畸修复治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果正畸组治疗总有效率、治疗后前牙覆盖、牙周袋深度、牙槽骨高度、出血指数与传统组相比效果较优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙周病所致前牙移位采取正畸修复治疗效果较好。

Objective To investigate the effect of orthodontic treatment on anterior teeth displacement caused by periodontal disease. Methods 50 cases of anterior displacement caused by periodontal disease patients were chosen from July 2015 to July 2016 in The Fourth Hospital of Zaozhuang, were randomly divided into conventional group（n=25） and（n=25）, traditional orthodontic group received traditional orthodontic periodontal treatment, group of orthodontic treatment, compared two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate, the anterior teeth coverage, the depth of periodontal pocket, alveolar bone height and bleeding index in orthodontic group were better than those in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Orthodontic treatment of anterior teeth displacement caused by periodontal disease is better.
