不同方法(传统方法、高速手机)对下颌智齿拔除效果分析

Effect of Different Methods(Traditional Method, High-speed Dental Handpiece) on Extraction of Mandibular Wisdom Teeth

目的总结分析下颌智齿拔除过程中采用传统方法与高速手机的治疗效果。方法回顾分析我院采用传统方法以及高速手机分别对45例下颌智齿患者拔除的相关资料。结果在下颌智齿拔除优良率以及拔除后的并发症总发生率方面,高速手机组和传统方法组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于下颌智齿采用高速手机拔除方法,效果显著,安全性高。

Objective To analyze the effect of traditional methods and highspeed dental handpiece in the extraction of mandibular. Methods 45 cases of mandibular extraction results of traditional method and high-speed dental handpiece were analyzed. Results There was significant difference between the two groups in the rate of extraction and the incidence of complications after removal（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of High-speed dental handpiece in extraction of mandibular is significant, and high safety.
