产褥期急性胰腺炎的临床诊疗体会

Clinical Experience of Diagnosis and Treatment Regarding Acute Pancreatitis in Puerperium

孕妇在怀孕的整个过程中很容易产生各种并发症,产褥期急性胰腺炎是临床中少见的对孕妇生命有巨大危害的并发症,它的特点是发病迅速,若是没有得到及时治疗会使孕妇丧失生命,且经过长期的临床观察显示产褥期急性胰腺炎的漏诊率非常大,因为其临床症状不明显,很容易被临床医生忽略甚至被误诊成为其他的疾病,以及有关于产褥期急性胰腺炎的辅助性检查设备的发展还没有很大的转变,尽管可以为临床医生提供理论依据,但是由于其设备的原因一些孕妇病情的微小变化是检查不出来的,总而言之,产褥期急性胰腺炎若要得到彻底的治疗就要做到早发现、早治疗。所以在临床中临床医生一定要对产褥期急性胰腺炎的具体疾病状况要有详细的了解,熟悉掌握该病的发病机制以及辅助诊断产褥期急性胰腺炎的检查方法,合理利用辅助诊断帮助患者查找疾病并进行治疗。本文首先介绍产褥期急性胰腺炎发生的病理机制及临床表现,其次将介绍孕妇发生该种疾病的影响因素以及临床中用于辅助诊断该疾病的方法及鉴别诊断,最后将介绍如何降低产褥期急性胰腺炎疾病的发生。

In the whole process of pregnancy, various complications are likely to be generated among pregnant woman. Acute pancreatitis in puerperium is a rarely seen complication that poses great danger towards pregnant women. It is characterized by rapid attack, and pregnant women may lose their life if not get timely treatment. It can be found from longterm clinical observation that the rate of missed diagnosis is very large regarding the acute pancreatitis in puerperium. Because the unclear clinical symptoms are easily ignored or misdiagnosed by clinicians and there is no big transformation regarding the development of auxiliary inspection equipments for acute pancreatitis in puerperium. Although it can provide a theoretical basis for clinicians, some small changes regarding the condition of pregnant women cannot be tested because of the equipments. In short, the thorough treatment can only be achieved by early finding and early treatment for patients with acute pancreatitis in puerperium. Therefore, theclinicians must have an understanding of the specific condition regarding patients with acute pancreatitis in puerperium, knowing and mastering the disease pathogenesis and the treating methods, making reasonable use of auxiliary examination to help restore the health of pregnant women. This paper first introduced the pathological mechanism of acute pancreatitis in puerperium, then the influencing factors of the disease for pregnant women and the methods of treating acute pancreatitis in puerperium. Finally, it introduced how to reduce the disease incidence of acute pancreatitis in puerperium.
