甲状腺乳头状癌与桥本甲状腺炎关系研究进展

Research Progress on the Relationship Between Thyroid Papillary Carcinoma and Hashimoto 's Thyroiditis

近年来,甲状腺癌和桥本甲状腺炎患病率呈上升趋势,甲状腺乳头状癌合并桥本甲状腺炎患者也逐年增加,两者间可能存在相关性,相关机制却尚未明了。现主要就甲状腺乳头状癌合并桥本氏甲状腺炎的流行病学、组织病理学形态、发病机制进行阐述,为实验研究及临床诊断、治疗提供理论依据。

In recent years, the prevalence of thyroid cancer and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis is on the rise, thyroid papillary carcinoma with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis patients also increased year by year, there may be correlation between the two, the relevant mechanism is not yet clear. In this paper, the epidemiology, histopathology and pathogenesis of thyroid papillary thyroid carcinoma combined with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis were described, which provided the theoretical basis for experimental research and clinical diagnosis and treatment.
