社区饮食干预护理在糖尿病控制中的应用效果观察

Effect Observation of Community Diet Intervention Nursing in Diabetes Control

目的分析研究社区饮食干预护理在糖尿病控制中的应用效果。方法选取2013年5月—2015年12月在社区服务中心接收的2型糖尿病患者一共有204例,对照组采取常规护理,试验组在此基础上采取饮食干预护理。结果干预以后,试验组患者的空腹血糖水平(6.53±0.21)mmol/L;餐后2 h血糖水平(10.34±2.12)mmol/L;对照组患者的空腹血糖水平(9.24±0.82)mmol/L;餐后2 h血糖水平(14.05±2.26)mmol/L,试验组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病控制中采取社区饮食干预护理,可以有效控制患者的血糖水平。

Objective To study the effect of community diet intervention nursing in the control of diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 204 patients with type 2 diabetes from May 2013 to December 2015 in the community service center, the control group to take routine care, the experimental group on this basis to take dietary intervention nursing. Results After the intervention, patients in the experimental group the fasting blood glucose level（6.53±0.21） mmol/L, 2 h postprandial blood glucose level（10.34±2.12） mmol/L, the control group of patients with fasting blood glucose level（9.24±0.82） mmol/L, 2 h postprandial blood glucose level（14.05±2.26） mmol/L, fasting blood sugar, patients in the experimental group after 2 h glucose was lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the diabetes control take the community diet intervention nursing, may control the patient blood sugar level effectively.
