快速康复理念在体外循环心脏患者围术期护理中的应用价值

Application Value of Rapid Rehabilitation Concept in Perioperative Nursing Care of Patients With Cardiopulmonary Bypass

目的探讨快速康复理念在体外循环心脏患者围术期护理中的应用效果。方法选取2014年5月—2016年10月我院128例体外循环心脏患者为研究对象,将所有患者根据随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组64例,对照组患者实施常规的临床护理,研究组患者在对照组的基础上应用快速康复理念护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果研究组患者拔管时间、血浆用量、早期活动时间、住院时间及护理满意度评分优于对照组,并发症的发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复护理理念能有效提高体外循环心脏患者的护理效果,减少并发症的发生,提高护理满意度。

Objective To discuss rapid rehabilitation concept effect of in extracorporeal circulation cardiac patients perioperative care. Methods 128 cases of peritoneal dialysis in patients with extracorporeal circulation cardiac in our hospital from May 2014 to October 2016 were selected, 64 cases of each group. Patients in the control group were cared with regular peritoneal dialysis, and the study group on the basis of the control group combined use of implementation of extracorporeal circulation cardiac, compared of two groups of patients with nursing effect. Results Patientsin the study group with early extubation time, dosage of plasma, activity time, length of hospital stay and nursing satisfaction score significantly better than control group, as well as the incidence of complications was significantly lower than the control group, two groups of comparison differencesignificant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Extracorporeal circulation cardiac can effectively improve the nursing effect of extracorporeal circulation cardiac patients, reduced the complications, improved the nursing satisfaction.
