摘要
目的分析舒适护理对CT增强检查患者的应用。方法 308例接受CT检查的患者按照护理方式差异,分为观察组和对照组各154例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受舒适护理。对比两组患者的检查成功比例及图像质量。结果观察组检查成功比例(89.6%)高于对照组(72.7%),图像质量优良率(85.5%)高于对照组(74.1%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理应用于CT增强扫描检查,能够提高检查成功率,并改善成像质量。
Objective To analyze the application of comfort care in patients with CT enhanced examination. Methods 308 patients receiving CT examination divided into observation group and control group according to the different nursing methods, 154 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine care, the observation group received comfort care. The success rate and image quality of the two groups were compared. Results The success rate of the observation group（89.6%） was higher than that of the control group（72.7%）, the excellent and good rate of image quality（85.5%） was higher than that of control group（74.1%）, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfort care applied to CT enhanced scan can significantly improve the success rate and imaging quality.
